- Among those who participated in the event, 20 people will be randomly selected
[Winner Announcement]
Sun. November 19, 2023 after 14:00 (KST)

[GUIDELINES]
- Your information for the raffle CANNOT be changed after you submit them so please make sure your information (KakaoTalk ID, date of birth, email, contact information, etc.) is correct and free of error. We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect information submitted by you.
- Your information must match the information you submitted for the raffle entry. (The information cannot be changed after your submission.) The winning raffle cannot be transferred to another person.
- Video call fansign will be held on KakaoTalk mobile application at the time scheduled for each raffle winner.
- Please check your KakaoTalk application and network system before your participation.
- If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try one more time after the last raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call.
[NOTICE]
- ONLY the winner of the raffle can participate in the video call (one person per call). If the person appearing on the screen is not the winner, or if there are visuals or sounds of two or more people in the video call, the video call may be terminated.
- Your album will be signed by the artist, ONLY on a designated page in the album.
- Any sort of filming, recording, social media channel live streaming is prohibited.
- Unreasonable requests to the members or questions that may result in misunderstanding during the video call event are strictly prohibited.
- For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be terminated without warning.
- Your name(To.) on the album must be same as the information that you submit for the raffle. (Korean or English Only)
[NOTICE _ Purchase]
- The albums you have purchased during this event CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
- If you are a minor, please purchase the merchandise with the consent of your legal representative.
- The number of albums you ordered on JJMUZE (not the number of orders you placed) during the event period will be counted automatically to let you enter the raffle the same number of times.
- The albums will be shipped in order after the video chat event has ended.
- Depending on the circumstances, this event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice.
- When applying for this event, we provide the personal information of the winner as follows for the duplicate winner and fan signing event.
i) Items of personal information to be collected: name, contact information, date of birth
ii) Purpose of collection: smooth operation and management of events
iii) Individuals provided with personal information: JJMUZE, Evermore Entertainment
iv) Personal information retention and use period of the person receiving the personal information: Until the event ends and the purpose of use is achieved
